 An alternative news distribution 3b.* has been created.
 The following sites have agreed to carry the distribution.

 ames.arc.nasa.gov
 rutgers.edu
 lll-winken.llnl.gov
 killer
 netsys.com

 I haven't spoken with rick at uunet yet, but will soon and 
 hopefully he will carry this one too.

 I believe ames,rutgers,and possibly lll-winken will welcome
 nntp feeds, but for uucp feeds the admins at killer,netsys,
 and lamc should be contacted.

 Let's get these news groups rolling, and avoid the chaff in
 comp.sys.att .
