If you are corresponding with anyone at that site and have not been
given a new address on another machine, you should request one ASAP.
Actually, it may already be too late for that ... some users will
actually have no new email-addresses and it will be back to pen and paper
or the telephone (did I hear someone say:  hurrah?)

the official shut-down notice reached me and is enclosed below:
