Correction: with support for Eunice, Wollongong's Unix-on-top-of-VMS.

Several people have already done this work (UUPC and GNUUCP), produced
non-AT&T versions of uucp done from protocol documents that have been
published, plus a little research into what Unix systems actually
emit.
