                                  Software Designer

               BMB Compuscience Canada Ltd.  is a publically traded
               corporation that has been actively developing local
               area networks and microcomputer information systems
               since 1978.

               We have a permanent position open for an individual to
               participate in the continued design and development of
               our data management/application development systems.
               The system runs on IBM PC-class microcomputers in both
               standalone and network configurations.  Possible areas
               of involvment include distributed data management,
               network database servers, fixed- and free- form multi-
               user application environments, windowing environments,
               document processing and links to mainframe-based
               resources.

               Applicants should have a University degree in Computer
               Science or Engineering with two to four years of
               relevant experience.  An excellent working knowledge of
               the 'C' Programming Language is a definite requirement.
