I though, in fact, that only Coprinus atramentarius should be avoided
with alcohol, that shagy-manes (C. cometis ?) were safe.  Judging  from
earlier posting, I was perhaps wrong, though many's the time that I
have had a few along with some beer or wine without ill effects.
