Someone recently asked on this group for references to constructing
restriction maps of DNA from restriction digest data.  I have found
several more references.

Bellon, B.  Construction of Restriction Maps.  CABIOS 4(1):111-115 1988
Dix, TI and DH Kieronska.  Errors between sites in restriction site
	mapping CABIOS 4(1):117-123 1988
Allison, L and CN Yee.  Restriction site mapping is in separation
	theory.  CABIOS 4(1):97-101 1988
Tuffery, Dessen, Mugnier and Hazout.  Restriction map construction using
	a "complete sentences compatibility" algorithm.  CABIOS
	4(1):103-110 1988.

These are recommended for some very neat tricks.  The essence of the
tricks is getting around the combinatorics of the problem.
