I heard something about Civialian and military Navsat hardware. Real Cloak and Dagger stuff. Some how military receivers will be able to locate themsevles to within a few meters, while the civialian hardware will only work to within a few miles. Does anybody out there know how this will work? Is it classified? What will the cost be?
