Is this a valid statement? This is the kind of topic which could flood this newsgroups for weeks and probably belongs in a philosophy. How do you measure intelligence? Memory? Surely it can be done. Logical operations per unit time? Again, there is no reason why not. Number of simultaneous active process? Why not?
