How can i get a binary posted to binaries.ibm.pc?
since the group is moderated by a uucp node i have no idea on who to send
the files to or in what format?  since i'm connected to the net via
BITNET, I don't believe that it's an easy task to do.

any info on the matter would be appreciated.
