Apparently within the last 2 years, there has been a 250 prefix in
area 301 in Ocean City, Md., implemented.  I was in the area recently
and noticed that 250 was on pay phones AND in local businesses.
It looks like 301-250 is a new geographic area of service (broken out
of 524, which has the same calling area).
