At present we are looking in the capabilities of HyperText
programs for low end distributions. In the scope of this
research we want to develop a simple editor for indicating
the hypertext-words and the related links. This editor should be used
by the experts on regulations, and not computer experts.
In addition we want to develop a generator/converter, which
translates the edited text in the format of an hypertext
program like KnowledgePro.

Now we are looking for an existing editor for which we want
to change the source code. Any ideas ???
