  Point of fact, sir: the arm on the shuttle, usually called the
"Canada Arm", is made here by friends of ours at Spar Aerospace.
Also consider the quasi-internationalized U.S. Space Station
project, into which Canada has sunk no small amount of money...
 NOT a purely U.S. internal affair!

  Also not an architectural consideration. Followups by mail or in
