Apologies if this has been asked recently, but I'm in a bind. I need
to find a service in LA that one can subscribe to for Usenet access.
Someone there would desperately like to write to me via email but
has no academic or professional account. Are there any subscription
systems that can be reached via modem? Immense thanks.
