I have a feeling that some mail from umich to the uk is going to
bounce.  Has anyone else had problems reaching nss.cs.ucl.ac.uk
from points on or near the nsfnet ?  Stuff has been piling up
here since thursday evening, though every once in a while a message
goes through (3 snuck by at 9 am today).
