COSUARD, the Coalition Of Sysops and Users Against Rate
Discrimination, is seeking to locate a San Francisco area hotel desk
clerk who had a conversation with a Southwestern Bell manager from
Houston. This unknown person's conversation with this individual
from Southwestern Bell has had a positive impact on the current
battle between Houston (and all Texas) BBS's and Southwestern Bell
Telephone Co.
 
We wish to contact this individual in order to make him an honorary
member of COSUARD and to present him with an autographed Houston
Yellow Pages from all of the members of COSUARD as a token of our
appreciation.
 
Please help us find this person. He obviously frequents BBS's in the
San Francisco area. Please upload this file to various systems in
