	As far as I know there are two editions of the book 'Design and Implem-
tation of an Operating System': A hardcover version (the brown one) and a
paperback edition (International student edition; red). Both are - again, as
far as I know - essentially the same.

	The international edition (the red book) has a section on ordering
MINIX in the front -  complete with address and such.
