hi!

i recently unpacked the 1.3 kernel which came over usenet for a friend of
mine. after having to convert everything (an '_' ended up as an '!'), i found
a couple of file ending on .cdif this seems to be some kind of patch program,
however i don't know which program to run them through. is it sed, patch or
something else? any reply would be appreciated.
