I could very well be wrong.) Actually, in color mode the ST uses standard timing and signals. If you can work around the non-standard cable/connector, you're only concern will be adjusting the signal levels. On the other hand, in monochrome mode, it uses 70Hz non-interlaced which is a bit hard to come by.
