We are having difficulty setting up CAP5. We are using an ISI V16 running 4.2BSD UNIX, and are currently running CAP4 with no problems. We don't seem to be able to obtain even basic functionality with CAP5, i.e. "atlook" does not see existing devices, whereas "look" (CAP4) does see them. We do not have "vprintf" or "getopt". We are using the public domain "getopt". We have installed all the patches (5 of them) and all the code seems to compile fine. Charlie Kim suspects structure alignment problems. ************************************************************************* If there's anyone out there who has successfully installed CAP5 on an ISI running either 4.2BSD UNIX or 4.3BSD, PLEASE contact us. ************************************************************************* Thanx (in advance) for your help...
