Henry,

As for Millstones as a measure of network bogosity, be advised a wag or two
seem to have preempted the term as a measure of gateway throughput. As in
your case, the units of measure, as well as the procedures of measurment,
are in dispute. The committee convened to settle the issues met in the corner
pub, became Millstoned and turned into a puff of hot air.
