As of Saturday, 29 OCT 88, the current "Official Arpanet Protocols" by
Reynolds and Postel is RFC1011 published MAY 87.  It is available via
anonymous FTP from SRI-NIC.ARPA as RFC:RFC1011.TXT.  You may also want
to get RFC:RFC-INDEX.TXT which is the list of all RFCs that have been
published up to OCT 88.  The latest in the list is RFC1073.  Several of
the RFCs supercede or update those listed in RFC1011.
