I've been trying to obtain copies of mdqs and Ping with the record
route option from vgr.brl.mil.  Yesterday I could connect but my
connection would drop because of network congestion.  Today when I
try, I get a message that anonymous ftp has been removed from vgr.

Does anyone know where I CAN get these utilities.  Thanks in advance.
