Message-ID: <9730001@hpcupt1.HP.COM> Date: 5 Nov 88 02:40:53 GMT Organization: Hewlett Packard, Cupertino Lines: 15 I just started using the NCSA 2.2 telnet stuff, and have a question: Does the domain server part work if the server is on a different subnet? I had hoped it would go through the gateway to find the server, but it doesn't seem to. Of course, I don't really know what I'm talking about, but it sounds reasonable :-) If the server should work this way, then I have to figure out what's wrong...If it isn't supposed to work that way, then I won't have to figure out what this all means--I'll just suggest it as an enhancement!
