Hi,
	I am after three things with regards to IBM SOURCE software:

a. the title/publisher/author/etc of any books that would be useful
   for writing Microsoft Windows Applications and Device Drivers (unrelated
   topics)

b. Some device driver sources to use as a starting point for writing
   two virtual disk drivers - one on a RAM card, and one for a mainframe
   host.

c. Any ideas on how to create a virtual disk AFTER the PC has started.  This
   is possible as I have seen it done with WANG software.
