I have just purchased a vacation home which I also want to rent in
order to get available tax breaks.  Does anyone have, or know of,
rental property management software?  (Since I only have the one
property, public-domain is preferred.)

I would hope to run whatever I get on Microport Sys V/AT, but do have
access to several other machines, including a 386 box running SCO Xenix
2.2, other 286's running VentureCom's "Venix", and a VAX running
BSD 4.2.
