the effects of POSIX in the future.  Whether POSIX is a good standard
and what effect will it have on UNIX users.  I was wondering if anybody
out there knows about any FREE references sources on POSIX standards.

Watch comp.std.unix for the quarterly USENIX-sponsored commentary
from Shane McCarron; that's the only free POSIX advice I know of.
