We are the two authors of Shell 3.00A, a significative improvement of
Matt Dillon's and Steve Drew's Shell.
We want to offer this program to the Amiga community for no charge.
But we don't know how to upload it to Comp-sys-Amiga. We often use the
FTP program for downloading from comp-sources|binaries-amiga at
j.cc.purdue.edu or ucbwax.berkeley.edu.
What we want to know is:
 1) How can we upload there ?
 2) How can we subscribe to these services ?
We are on an IBM VM370.
