Well, I just got off the phone with Transactor magazine.  Not only 
did I find an actual person on the other end of the line, I got some
good news also.  They apologized for the delay and told me that they 
would be shipping volume 1 issue 3 of Transactor for the Amiga this 
week!  I'm sure everbody is a relieved as I am to see this fine
publication back in print.
