Good day all,

With all the grousing lately (from my experience, well deserved) about
shoddy practices by Amiga product vendors, I thought I'd pass along a
pleasant experience with CLtd.

I have a CLtd controller for the A1000 and have hooked it up on my own to
a Seagate 277N (Hard Drive International has a good price on these btw.).
When I was having troubles getting data on the drive, CLtd technical
support helped me out. They have a great update policy for their driver
software (3 disk set and new controller chip for $40) and when a buddy
of mine called to order their replacement keyboard for the A1000 ($139)
they not only called back to say they found a place in TX selling it for
less but actually placed the order for him. Wonderful customer support !!!

(Now the cynic in me says, wait for all this to come in before you get too
excited :-))

As usual, I have no connection with CLtd other than being a very satisfied
customer.
