There IS an Owner's Manual and among other things a warranty registration you are suppose to mail them. I would return the card and shop somewhere else is they are giving you the run around! In the meantime the pinout goes like this: 1 red video 2 green video 3 blue video 4 horizontal sync 5 vertical sync 6,7,8,9 grounds I'm using a CPD-1302 too and it works just GREAT! If you experience any pincushion on the screen (the picture sides bowing in) you should take the monitor to a Sony dealer and under WARRANTY get the thing adjusted out. I did!
