It is an aggravation to have Apollo define __STDC__ and then not
support everything one would expect, notably the ## thing.

I modify /usr/include/sys/param.h to include a #define for
the version of domain_os I have.  Because I am a beta-tester,
I get more releases than the average bear and need that to help
keep things straight.
