    I need some assistance with the communication software which
comes with the Netcom 123 modem. I have a friend in Australia who 
has one of these modems , but no manual. He would like some help
with up and downloading using the program which came with the unit.
He is using it with an Apple IIe.
    If there is anyone who has knowledge of this would you please 
be so kind as to mail me some info that I can pass along. Thanks
