Try reading the article more carefully.  The directory is:
     PS:<INFO-ATARI.8-BIT>
Note the hyphen in the work 8-BIT.
I checked out the directory, and it has quite a lot of stuff in it.  Check it
out.  Its nice to finally have an archive site.
