Well, it finally happened. Our hard disk overflowed and the system has to be
brought up from scratch.

Please do not request any files from netlib@lakesys until further notice.

I can be reached at this account for correspondance or submissions (or
condolances....)

Hopefully things will be back to normal in a week or so.
