The newest version of SIGNUM, SIGNUM II (about one and a half year old) can
export SIGNUM files as ASCII.
For SIGNUM I there exists a PD-Program that does the same. I don't have it
(because I use SIGNUM II) but it should be available from several PD-Soft
Services.
