A couple nice, simple questions. What is the device name of the serial port on a 2000 running Ultrix? What pinouts should I use? I couldn't believe we couldn't get an answer from DEC on this!!! Somehow I just cannot believe they are selling this and yet the 'support' people can't find out! (I do believe they don't know, sadly enough) If you get bored with this, we are also looking for the device name/MAKEDEV parameter to use with a 8MM backup unit, but that's newer and we expect we can at least get that from the vendor. Thanks in advance.
