Has anybody here used Clarion for developing a major project?  I would
appreciate comments, particularly from programmers who are used to
doing their own extensive development in C.

What my company is considering:  using Clarion as a front-end for data
entry into our existing C calculation modules, and as a back-end for
report generation.  I'm told that Clarion code can be linked with C
(Microsoft format) object files using PLINK86 - any word on how easy/
convenient the process is?

All I know about Clarion is what InfoWorld's (glowing) review tells
me, plus their "Tutorial" demo disk.  I'd be reassured to hear from
a genuine user.
