In FOCUS, my company's product, there are many ways of ending things.
To end a report request, (we make a database manager), END.  TO end
an update request, DATA, which then prompts for data if necessary
or gets from disk (more usual) if specified.  To leave a subsystem
in the middle, QUIT.  To leave the editor, F3, to leave the expert
system, F8.  TO leave the program entirely, FIN.
