Some of them used to crash for no aparent reason, but the newer models seemed to run fairly well, even in turbo mode. Our disk index was too slow, but that probably had nothing to do with the compuer model or the BIOS. I'm now using a Challenger PC-AT; I have no idea how expensive it is or where Challenger is located, but it runs flawlessly.
