A friend without net.access has the following for sale:

Tektronix V System Microprocessor Emulation System.

Includes Tek 8540 Integration unit, 68000 emulator/control probe, the
Trigger Trace Analyzer (TTA) option and EPROM programmer option. 
Also includes a Wyse 75 terminal to control the whole thing.

I don't know much more about this, but it is still available from
Tektronics and is described in their literature.  For more information,
