Well, since I asked the original question and several people have e-mailed
me the answer, I might as well be the one to post it.  The phone number
for TML is (904)636-8592 (they are located in Jacksonville, FL).

Now, for my customer support report.  The first time I called, I did so
to early in the morning, apparently at 9:00AM EDT, they aren't in yet.
When I called back the guy I talked to was extremely kind and helpful.
He had to go check on the UPS logs to find out exactly when mine had
been shipped and then he called me back (within about 10 minutes).  The
end result was that we figured out what happened to it, they shipped out
a new copy that afternoon and I expect to have it by Monday.

Standard disclaimer:  I have no connection with TML except as a reasonably
happy customer.  Concurrent Computer Corp. and I never have opinions on
