Due to a mistake I made with DiskFit, one of my hard disks started to
get erased by DiskFit. This disk had a weeks work on since the last
backup, does anyone know of any way of recovering any of the contents
of this disk?  I switched off my Mac as soon as I realized what was
happening - after maybe ten seconds.
Please E-mail me as soon as possible if you have any ideas.
