Programs Plus IS INDEED Fly-by-night.  I ordered a prometheus modem
from them.  They lost my order.  Finally, I called to find out what
was happening, and learned the order was lost.  So I restated my
order.  The next day, they called, saying my credit card was no good,
sorry fella, *click*.  I called VISA, they said the card was fine, I
called PP practically screaming, and they said it still didn't work.
I gave them my mom's card, and later that day they got MY CARD to work
and used it instead.  FINALLY, they sent the modem and cable via
fed-x.  But THEY SENT ME A MAC512 CABLE!!!! I CLEARLY TOLD THEM I HAD
A MAC II!!!  WHAT IDIOTS!!!!!!

I said, "forget these morons", returned the cable, and bought the
correct cable locally.
