Ahem. My first copy of "Inside Macintosh" WAS looseleaf and filled
three 2-1/2 inch binders.  I recall the excitment when the first 'phonebook'
version IM came out -- "Wow! I can carry IM around without streching my
arm out of shape!"

Everything does go in cycles...
