In the meantime, you can get the IM Cross Reference on disk from APDA,
and the current TechNote index from APDA or various other sources (including
comp.binaries.mac this week!) so if you have grep/search/gofer you can find
things fast anyway.  Of course, I went out and got the hard-copy xref as
well: paper still has much higher browsing bandwidth than electronic when
you don't know what you're looking for...
