I wanted to do this by simply duplicating an existing font and editing the space character into something visible. Strange enough all efforts didn't change anything of the string I displayed using this changed font. So my question is: - Is the space character handled differently from the other characters? - Can I do what I wanted to. --- Yvo BTW, changing the nbspace worked in the wished way. -- Yvo Van Wezemael: German National Research Laboratory for Computer Science (GMD) P.O.
