NeXT Mail - It appears to be enhancements to UNIX Mail. What happens when you send mail to someone on another system and their system is down? Does the NeXT machine retry several times or just fail? At Educom, my dean asked questions about the mail system and was told that you had to be logged into a mainframe and write your own interface for the NeXT mail system to the mainframe. It doesn't sound at all like it looks! Any true insights out there? 2. Is there a "Digital Library Kit"? Something that allows the user to build his or her own digital library somewhat like the on-line docs? I have a faculty member who wants to put multi-megabytes of text on line and reference it - can this be done with the library capabilities?
