Is anyone aware of a board swapping service for daybreak boards?  We have several 1186s down with bad C4 (IOP) boards right now.  Most of these machines are not under hardware support.  Xerox wants a couple thousand dollars to change the boards.  Does anyone know of any other resources for servicing these boards?  For that matter, has anyone else had a problem with an epidemic of IOP board failures?
