    I recently acquired custody of an AT&T Blit terminal (one that
actually says 'Blit' on the nameplate - this is different than the
commercially released DMD version, is it not?). However, I have
no documentation whatsoever on the beast. Does anyone know
    (1) What the order # is, or how I might otherwise obtain,
	a manual for the Blit?
    (2) In the meantime, how to get it into SETUP mode? I assume it
	has one since there is a big VT100-style SETUP key, but I
	can't seem to do anything with it.
