Greetings:
	 My apologies if this is not the right place to ask.
I need to find a header file called endian.h that is used by the
BIND distribution. endian.h supposedly has something to do with 
machine dependent address resolution. I am totally clueless as
to what and where is endian.h (supposedly a standard header file
that resides in /usr/include/machine). Please reply to:
